Leka Devatha


Leka is a real estate developer and broker based in Seattle, WA. She is the President of Rehabit Homes, Inc. a company focused on residential redevelopment. She has spearheaded hundreds of transactions, developing over $50M in real estate. Leka brings 8 years of experience in construction management and redesign.

Leka has been featured on numerous podcasts and other media including Business Insider and BiggerPockets. She is a chapter contributor in the recently published book ‘The Only Woman in The Room’. In an effort to give back to the community, she hosts a popular virtual networking mixer, ‘Real Estate At Work’ featuring prominent speakers from the industry.

Leka moved to the U.S. from India 14 years ago. Prior to investing in real estate, Leka worked at Nordstrom Corporate in merchandise strategy and financial planning.


Travis Bowers

Asset Manager

Providing leadership, guidance, and oversight of all asset management, financing, and acquisition functions as directed by the Owner (CEO). Managing a Portfolio of Office, Industrial, Retail and residential assets with Rehabit Homes. Directly responsible for managing transaction execution required in all financing and acquisition activities. Providing Asset Management services on financing, construction, portfolio management for the Devatha portfolio, Funds and related syndications.

Prior to Rehabit Homes, Travis worked in various institutional Commercial Real Estate firms including GE Capital Real Estate – Business Property, Cole Real Estate Investments (VEREIT), and Price Waterhouse – Los Angeles Real Estate services.  In various roles, Travis acquired, underwrote and completed due diligence on over 25 million square feet of value add, stabilized real estate assets across the US.    

Travis is blessed with a great family including two sons who keep him very active including recently winning the AAA Little League Baseball championship in AAA Thunderbirds (Bellevue, WA).
